Kolejna wersja aplikacji IleJem udostępniła użytkownikom funkcję skanowania kodów QR. Jest to odpowiedź autorów na często spotykany problem użytkowników rejestrujących posiłki, polegający na konieczności wprowadzenia nazwy posiłku wraz z tabelą składników odżywczych.
Obecnie, w sytuacji konieczności zdefiniowania własnego posiłku i jego rejestracji w bazie danych IleJem, wystarczy użyć kalkulatora , podać nazwę posiłku i wielkość spożytej porcji oraz ostatecznie wygenerować kod QR.
Podczas rejestracji nowego dania w aplikacji, robimy zdjęcie a następnie skanujemy przygotowany kod QR.
